He has a passion for conversations and how they work and sometimes fails. He shares how conversations allow people to express themselves differently than formal presentations. Early on, he realized his talent for asking questions and bringing out the best in others, which led him to pursue podcasting. As a podcast producer, he helps others formulate questions and have meaningful conversations. Ahron has the ability to ask those questions no one wants to but still respects boundaries for the best conversation. He believes opening the door to personal conversations allows people to connect more deeply. The discussion touches on the distinction between professional and personal conversations and how merging the two can lead to a more organic understanding of the people you are talking to.
